Shipping and Returns
When will I receive my order? 

As soon as you confirm your order we’ll start preparing your boxes. Your boxes will be inspected and packed in a protective cover before being released from the warehouse. Our goal is to get the boxes to you in the next 2 - 7 business days, anywhere in Europe. 
In case you need an Express next day service, please get in touch through the contact form and we'll get right back to you with a custom quote for Express delivery.


Can I return items I ordered?

We are sure you will be satisfied with your boxes. However you have 14 days to return your items after filling out a return form that you can obtain by emailing us. It will specify the return procedure and return address. Since we work with external parties for picking and shipping orders the return address will differ from the sender address on the shipping bill. We only accept returns in perfect condition. No tape or labels are to be attached to the product or the product's packaging. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, we can not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. You will be responsible for all return costs including packing, insurance and taxes.

In the case of a faulty item (or any other mistake from our side), we will cover the cost of the shipping. We do not accept returns for sizing and fit problems.

All items leave our warehouse in first class condition and are properly packed for shipment. If your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please report damage to the courier upon delivery and mark it on all delivery slips, otherwise we will not be able to accept damaged goods returns. You will need to save all packing materials (box, tape, etc.) for carrier inspection.

Uncollected items

For items that weren't collected from a pickup point and have been returned to our warehouse, we will charge a 45EUR handling and return fee as carriers charge us costs for return of uncollected items. Please follow your items using the tracking number that has been provided upon leaving the warehouse.

Our Small and Medium boxes ship to the US and to Asia, please email for quotes.
